  • I already own an Agent account but my Broker wants to sign up the office. What happens? When your broker signs up for the Broker plan they can link as many of their agents to their plan as they’d like. If you’ve got an agent account you can either accept or deny your Broker’s link request. If you accept the invitation, your account is associated with the Broker’s, the Broker’s logo automatically appears on your profile, and the Broker assumes the cost of your account. Your profile and log-in will not change; however, the Broker will control your syndication options.
  • How is ReachFactor different from agent reviews on portals like Zillow? A significant difference is that those portals use you to do their marketing for them. Do you really want to require your clients to register at a listings portal to leave a review?
