Make Your Listings Pop With Better Photos
by Brandon Barker on Jul 27, 2012
Social media marketing trends earlier this year indicated that the best way to get attention from a Facebook or Twitter notice is to post a photo, a graphic, a video or really anything visual. And your real estate agent marketing really can’t help but be visual, since what we’re promoting is homes, land and commercial property. But as TechSavvy Agent points out this week, our photos leave a lot to be desired. Often this is because real estate agent are not always able to coordinate the skills of a professional photographer for every listing, and of course with the ubiquity of smartphones we all have a camera at the ready to shoot and share.

TechSavvy Agent’s Photo Editing Series for Real Estate offers some helpful pointers on how to take better real estate photos. It also shows you which online photo editing tools work best for real estate agent marketing and listings. With a few extra steps in your process, you’ll capture the many online prospects who are paying careful attention to lighting, shade composition and other photography elements you might not have thought were so important.
